DIRECTOR
Calvin is a distinguished Graduate Mechanical Engineer, accredited by the United Kingdom Engineering Council. His qualifications are recognized as equivalent to a United Kingdom Bachelor’s degree with honours, encompassing both Parts 1 and 2 of the professional certification.
Calvin began his career in 1993, accumulating extensive expertise across the shipbuilding, petrochemical, oil and gas industries through his roles with prominent organizations such as Keppel and the Mechmar Group of Companies. His experience spans a diverse range of technical and managerial functions within these sectors. In 2011, he joined Vision One, where he has since been leading the Engineering Design division.

Faiz Helimi holds an MBA from the University of the West of England, Bristol, reflecting a solid grounding in business management and strategic leadership.
Faiz began his professional career in the banking sector, where he accumulated extensive experience with prominent international banks, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, and finance. He also made significant contributions in local broadcasting before transitioning into the oil and gas industry in 2018. His career is marked by a proven ability to lead and manage complex financial and compliance functions. Additionally, Faiz is a distinguished member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM), further enhancing his expertise and commitment to governance excellence.
